All Orders will be delivered within 5-10 days,

🚚 1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days of order confirmation.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS/email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

🇮🇳 2. Domestic Shipping (India)

Courier Partners:
We work with reliable delivery providers including Delhivery, Bluedart, FedEx, and others to ensure safe and timely shipping.

COD is available on select PIN codes only. You will see the option during checkout if your area is eligible.

📦 3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can use this to follow your order's journey in real time.

✏️ 4. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Need to update your address? Email us within 2 hours of placing your order at support@birdlap.com. Changes are subject to courier confirmation and may not be guaranteed after dispatch.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, you may be responsible for reshipping charges.
