At Birdlap, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make your return or exchange experience as smooth as possible.

⚠️ 1. Reporting Issues

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please include an unboxing video clearly showing the packaging, seal, and the issue.
  • Other Concerns (wrong item, non-delivery, etc.): Report within 48 hours of delivery or the estimated delivery date.

Return Window

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer one free exchange per order.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery.
  • The process is the same as returns (see Section 5).

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • You must provide a valid order number or invoice.
  • Items that don’t meet these criteria may be refused.

Process

Submit a Request:
Log in to your account and fill out the Return/Exchange form, or email us at support@birdlap.comwith your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Approval & Pick-Up:
Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup (up to 2 attempts).
For locations not serviceable by our courier, you may be asked to self-ship the item.

Inspection & Resolution:

  • Returns: After quality check, you’ll receive a store-credit coupon.
  • Exchanges: We’ll dispatch your replacement item once we receive and inspect the original.

Return Pickup Fee

  • Standard Fee: ₹200 for the first item + ₹50 for each additional item.
  • Fee Waived: For incorrect, damaged, or defective items.
  • Pickup fees are deducted from the store credit issued.

Store Credit Terms

  • Issued within 48 hours of warehouse inspection.
  • Valid for 12 monthsone-time use only at birdlap.com.
  • Original shipping, COD fees, and pickup charges (if any) are non-refundable and deducted from the coupon value.

Missing Items

To report a missing item from your order:
Anunboxing video is mandatory. Claims without a video cannot be processed.

Refund Policy

Damage : Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .


Return & Exchange : If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days.

Return should be made within 7 days after receiving the product

Refund policy : If approved then refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

Change of Address

Once your return is approved, the pickup address cannot be changed.
